Pauli Chibuike Isiguzo   is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a graduate of Accountancy and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA – International Business) from the Lagos State University. He has 20years cognate experience that cuts across Oil & Gas, Banking, Auditing, Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Financial Management Consultancy.

Prior to joining EEDC, he worked at Arkad Oil & Gas Limited, where he was the supervising Director for Finance and Operations; overseeing the Company’s Accounting Functions, Treasury Services, Bid/Tender documentations and submissions under Nipex Platform, Contract Executions, such as: Offshore Ship-To-Ship Gasoil Delivery, Marine Integrity Test Operations and Regulatory Compliance – covering Nipex, DPR, NIMASA, NNS, SON, and FIRS.

Earlier in his career, he had worked for many years in the Banking Industry. He worked with Access Bank PLC, Intercontinental Bank PLC and Equity Bank Limited. His experience in these Banks cuts across Performance Management, Budget and Budgetary Control, Final Accounts and Regulatory Reporting. The high point of his Career in the Sector was his appointment as the Regional Financial Controller, North Central Region; where he was in charge of the Region’s Accounting and Reporting Functions. He was later appointed Public Sector Manager, in charge of Business Development in select MDAs in the Federal Capital Territory.

He also worked with Platinum Mortgage Bank Limited as Head, Internal Audit & Control and later joined Fortis MFB PLC as Director, Finance and Operations. At Fortis MFB Plc, he was in charge of the Financial Control Group, Banking Operations, Treasury Services, e-business & ICT, Internal Control System and Admin Department.

In 2013, he was appointed as one of the National Consultant by the World Bank Country Office Abuja. His mandate was to work in collaboration with International Consultants, to assist selected States in Nigeria with the implementation of International Public Sector Accounting Standard (IPSAS).

Besides his professional competences, Pauli Isiguzo is a man of high ethical standard and integrity.
