The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company PLC (EEDC), in July 2023 commenced customer sensitization on the planned software upgrade which will be affecting all Standard transfer specification (STS) compliant prepaid meters across the globe

 

Now, we have come to the second phase, which entails customers to update their valid phone numbers and email addresses, as a prerequisite for the upgrade.
